Medical Insurance
Zuora provides supplemental private, comprehensive group medical coverage to employees through Pan American Life. Zuora pays 100% of the premium for eligible ZEOs and their dependents.
Eligibility
- Regular, full-time Employee (40 hours/week)
- Legal spouse or partner
- Dependent children up to age 18 (or up to age 25 if full-time student)

| Well Child Benefit | Maximum $250 at 80% after applying the deductible. From birth to 6 years of age. |

Note! There are certain coverage limits on specific benefits, and pre-existing conditions are sometimes excluded from coverage for a period of time. Official plan documents will always govern.
Life/Accidental Death & Disability Insurance
Life, accidental death and total permanent disability coverage is offered to regular, full-time employees through Pan American Life. Zuora pays 100% of the premium for employees.
- Life & Accidental Death: All employees are provided a lump sum benefit of 24x their monthly base salary for life insurance and accidental death insurance. In the event of death while employed, benefits will be paid to the named beneficiary.
- Total Permanent Disability: Benefits will be paid under the life insurance contract if the employee becomes permanently disabled.
